Our gastronomic journeys
At La Forgia, we offer different tasting journeys designed to express our author cuisine, where the local products of Lanzarote meet the Italian gastronomic sensibility of chef Susanna Crepaldi.
Each menu is conceived as a complete experience, where dishes follow one another in a balance of flavors, textures and seasonality.

The menus may vary according to the season and the availability of fresh produce.
Some products may have been previously frozen for preservation and food safety reasons, including preventive treatment against anisakis where applicable.
In the case of allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance and to carefully consider your reservation, as, due to the nature of our tasting menus, changes or substitutions may not always be possible.
Our kitchen handles different allergens and, although we apply preventive measures, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
